Life Skills are abilities for adaptive and positive behaviour that enable humans to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of life. 

I have developed a 10 module Life Skills Course.

The course can be run individually or in group sessions up to six persons.

The modules can involve interaction but overall the aim is to promote discussion and thought.

The 10 Modules are:
